This delicious Weight holiday dessert is perfect for your winter parties and holiday get-togethers. Your guests will be wowed by the beautiful layers, especially when served in a wine glass or other clear dish.

- 1 angel food cake prepared according to box directions
- 2 boxes sugar-free vanilla pudding 3.4 oz each
- 3 cups skim milk
- 24 oz fresh cranberries plus ½ cup for topping
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1/2 cup Splenda Or sweetener of your choice, but adapt W-W points accordingly.
- 2 cups fat-free or light Cool Whip
Cake Layer: Prepare angel food cake according to box directions. Allow to cool completely. Tear into small pieces.
Cranberry Layer (prepare while the cake is baking): In a saucepan, combine 24 oz of cranberries, water, and Splenda.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Allow to cook on low for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Pudding Layer (prepare while cranberries are cooling): Combine pudding powder and milk in a medium bowl. Whisk until the pudding thickens.
Assembly: Start with a layer of angel food cake pieces. Top with a layer of pudding and then a layer of cranberries. Repeat.
Top with a layer of cool whip and fresh cranberries.
