Ingredients:
-
Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
-
Pizza sauce
-
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
-
Your favorite pizza toppings (such as pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
Instructions:
-
Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for your pizza dough (usually around 400°F – 450°F or 200°C – 230°C).
-
Lightly grease a muffin tin or small oven-safe bowls with cooking spray or oil.
-
Divide your pizza dough into small portions, enough to fit into each muffin tin cup or bowl.
-
Press each portion of dough into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin cups or bowls, forming a bowl shape. Make sure the dough is evenly distributed.
-
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce into the bottom of each pizza bowl.
-
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
-
Add your favorite pizza toppings on top of the cheese.
-
Add another layer of cheese on top of the toppings to help hold everything together.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
-
Once done, carefully remove the pizza bowls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
-
Enjoy your homemade pizza bowls hot, and feel free to customize them with your favorite toppings!
