Ingredients:

4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or sugar substitute)

1/4 cup raisins

4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets and chopped red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the reduced-fat mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli and red onion. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Add raisins and crumbled turkey bacon to the salad. Toss again to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Amish Broccoli Salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Once chilled, give the salad a final toss and serve.
