Ingredients:

42 oz. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

12 oz. Steel Cut Oats

3 c. Unsweetened Applesauce

2 T. Cinnamon

¼ c. sugar free syrup
instruction:
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a LARGE bowl. Spread evenly over four ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 275 degrees, stirring every 30 minutes, until it begins to brown, and all moisture is gone. I baked mine 2 hours.

This recipe isn’t very sweet. I like it over a berry and yogurt parfait. I also like it with a little unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some Stevia.
