  • 4 whole wheat or cauliflower pizza crusts (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (assorted colors)
  • 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup lean protein of choice (grilled chicken, turkey sausage, or plant-based alternatives)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. Preheat and Prepare:
