Pour about 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese evenly into the pan. (Not too thick, just enough to cover it).

Let cook for about 3-5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool! It will harden once it cools. Top with smashed avocado and seasoning.
