Ingredients:

Brownie Batter:

  1. 1/2 cup almond flour
  2. 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/3 cup erythritol
  6. 1/4 cup melted butter
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cheesecake Swirl:

  1. 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 egg yolk
  3. 2 tbsp erythritol
  4. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and erythritol.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the cream cheese, egg yolk, erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into an 8×8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie batter.
  6. Use a knife to swirl the cheesecake mixture into the brownie batter.
