Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the beef mixture in the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
