Keto Ground Beef Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the beef mixture in the casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
