Lite Chantilly berry cream cake

Ingredients:

  • Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar Free Classic Yellow Cake Mix
  • 16 oz

  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup s

  • Water
  • 8 fl oz

  • Egg
  • 3 item s, large
  • personal points
  • Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping
  • 8 oz
  • 1 cup frozen berry mix no sugar added
  • cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Set oven to 325°F. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl; mix until moistened. Beat with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan
  3. Bake at 325°F. When toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, cake is done. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
  4. Cool cake completely.
  5. spread the entire cup of berries (thawed out) over the top of cake.
  6. spread entire 8 ounces of cool whip over the berries.
  7. Refrigerate!
