π Ingredients (Makes 1 Serving / 6 Bites):
1 medium ripe banana
1Β½ tablespoons powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
1 tablespoon water (adjust as needed for smooth texture)
Optional: cinnamon, sugar-free chocolate chips, or a pinch of sea salt

Slice the Banana:
Peel and cut the banana into 12 thin, even slices (about ΒΌ inch thick).
Mix the Peanut Butter:
In a small bowl, stir together 1Β½ tablespoons powdered peanut butter with 1 tablespoon water until smooth and creamy.
Adjust water slightly for desired consistency.
Assemble the Bites:
Place a small dollop (about Β½ tsp) of peanut butter mixture on 6 banana slices.
Top each with the remaining slices to make little “sandwiches.”
Optional Add-ons:
