Portabella mushroom cheese pizza Recipe

This is an adult pizza, Lavash (LAH-vohsh), used here as the crust, is a thin, soft, unleavened flatbread that’s popular in the Middle East. Look for it in the bakery aisle or international foods section of the supermarket-all you need is half a lavash for this recipe and the entire recipe is just five points( you could lower even further if you opt for fat free cheese)

  • Portabella mushrooms
  • 1 cup s (diced)
  • cooking spray
  • Onion
  • 1 cup s (chopped)
  • Bell pepper
  • 1 cup s
  • Joseph’s Flax oat bran & whole wheat flour lavash bread 1/2 item(s)
  • Rao’s Homemade Pizza Arrabbiata Sauce
  • 1/4 cup s
  • Great Value Reduced fat shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup s


  1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add vegetables diced to the skillet and sautee. set aside. Add lavash bread to skillet to brown about two minutes. remove lavash from skillet and layer lavash with veggies cheese and sauce -pop in the oven at 350 until cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
