4-6 pork chops
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dry oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 3 cups spinach, chopped and red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté them for a few minutes until the mushrooms are browned and tender.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, dry oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine and let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.
If using spinach, add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the mushroom sauce over them. Allow them to cook together for another minute or two to heat through.
Serve the skillet pork chops with mushroom sauce hot, and optionally, garnish with some additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired.
