✅ Ingredients:

  • 2 medium apples, chopped (any sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp; leave skin on for fiber)

  • 1/2 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved

  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped (can sub with pecans or almonds if preferred)

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (to keep apples from browning and add brightness)

  • Optional sweetener (if needed):

    • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (adds points)

    • A few raisins or dried cranberries (adds points)

    • Dash of cinnamon for warm flavor (0 points)

🥣 Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
