1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other low-point milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Optional: A pinch of salt or a few drops of sweetener (like monk fruit or stevia)
š Instructions:
Freeze banana slices: Slice and freeze a ripe banana ahead of time (at least 2 hours or overnight).
Blend: Add frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder to a blender.
Blend until smooth: Scrape down the sides as needed until itās thick and creamyālike a Wendyās Frosty!
