Broccoli Chicken Pillows


  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
  4. Spoon a portion of the chicken and broccoli mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll up each crescent triangle, starting from the wide end with the filling, and place them seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve your delicious Broccoli Chicken Pillows warm as an appetizer or alongside a salad for a complete meal.
