Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan by lightly spraying with oil or lining with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add all the ingredients into a blender/food processor and blend/Food processor and blend/pulse until mostly smooth.
Pour your batter into your prepared pan and bake 40-50 minutes (cover with foil if loaf gets too dark) or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Alloe to set in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes prior to slicing.
