Instructions:
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and baby spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.

- Combine with Shrimp:
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, coating them in the creamy Tuscan sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
