Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup warm water

2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil.

Gently deflate the risen dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf in the greased air fryer basket.

Cover the air fryer basket with aluminum foil, leaving space for air circulation.

Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.

Once the bread is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
