Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup loose baby spinach
  • 1 banana (halved and divided)
  • 1/2 cup protein milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (I used dairy-free cocoyo)

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup diced mango
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Blend half the banana with the frozen mango, spinach, protein milk and yogurt.
  • Pour in a bowl and top with diced mango, strawberries and coconut flakes.
