- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup loose baby spinach
- 1 banana (halved and divided)
- 1/2 cup protein milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (I used dairy-free cocoyo)
Topping:
- 1/3 cup diced mango
- 1/3 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions

Blend half the banana with the frozen mango, spinach, protein milk and yogurt.

Pour in a bowl and top with diced mango, strawberries and coconut flakes.
