0 point hummus!
2 cans chick peas drained and rinsed in ice cold water
4 garlic cloves minced
3-4 tablespoons lemon juice (I used like 8 but I LOVE lemon flavor)
1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
Then I used spices to taste.
I did, sweet paprika, chili powder, old bay seasoning, cumin (1/8 tsp) onion powder and pink Himalayan salt, ground black pepper.
Throw it into a blender or food processor
Boom 0 point hummus. Eating mine with reduced fat triscuits and pretzel sticks. I’d do cucumbers too but we ran out.
