Healthy bread without flour, without yeast: Anyone who eats such bread lives 100 years

There’s something inherently satisfying about baking your own bread, especially when it emerges warm and inviting from the oven. Today, I’m thrilled to introduce a recipe that’s not only a delight for the senses but also a powerhouse of nutrition. Picture a loaf so brimming with nuts and seeds that each bite crunches with health benefits. This no-flour, no-yeast bread, baked in jars, is a treasure trove of goodness for both body and soul.

Gather Your Ingredients:

100g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
50g sesame seeds
30g walnuts, lightly chopped
30g hazelnuts
60g flaxseed
20g chia seeds
20g psyllium husk
200g rolled oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 can (380g) white beans, drained and rinsed
170ml water
30ml vegetable oil, plus a little extra for greasing

Let’s Bake a Loaf:

Mix the Dry Ingredients: Combine all the seeds, nuts, oats, and salt in a large bowl. Give them a good stir to ensure an even distribution.

Blend the Beans: In a blender, puree the white beans with water and vegetable oil until smooth. This mixture will add moisture and act as a binder, giving your bread a perfect texture.

Combine: Pour the bean mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well until the batter is thick but manageable.

Prepare Your Jars: Lightly oil the inside of wide-neck jars to make the bread easier to remove after baking. Fill the jars two-thirds full with the batter.

Bake to Perfection: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Let the filled jars rest for about 20 minutes, then bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the tops are golden.

Enjoy Your Creation: Let the bread cool before removing it from the jars. If needed, run a knife around the inside to loosen it.
