Home Made Dole Whip Recipe


  • ¾ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 ½ cups fresh pineapple (roughly sliced)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice (adjust to preference)


  1. Prepare Milk: Measure out 3/4 cup of low-fat milk and pour it into the bottom of the food processor. If you don’t have a food processor, a high-speed blender can be used with extra blending time.
  2. Add Pineapple: Roughly slice large chunks of fresh pineapple and place them in the food processor.
  3. Add Banana: Peel and mash one whole frozen banana. Place it in the food processor.
  4. Blend: Use the food processor to blend the ingredients until everything, including the ice, is combined. Continue blending until there are no large pineapple chunks, and the mixture reaches the right consistency.
  5. Serve: Serve the Dole Whip immediately for the best results and taste. If there are leftovers, place them in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator.
