  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Toppings (optional. Vary to your own taste)
  • ½ cup sausage
  • 2 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
