1 frozen banana (peeled and sliced before freezing)

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon honey or a sugar substitute like stevia (optional, adjust to taste)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker frosty)
Instructions:

Place the frozen banana slices, almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) into a blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes to thin it out.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sugar substitute.
