Homemade Chocolate Frosty


  • 1 frozen banana (peeled and sliced before freezing)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey or a sugar substitute like stevia (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker frosty)


  1. Place the frozen banana slices, almond milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes to thin it out.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sugar substitute.
  4. Pour the frosty into a glass and enjoy immediately.
