Homemade Lemon Mousse


  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (2 SmartPoints)
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping (3 SmartPoints)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar substitute (adjust to taste)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)


  1. Prepare the Mousse:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free Greek yogurt, fat-free whipped topping, powdered sugar substitute, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
    • Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined.
