Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot or Instant Pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Remove it from the pot and set it aside.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the same pot and sauté until softened.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the pot and stir well to combine with the onions and garlic.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
- Add the paprika, thyme, and oregano, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- If using an Instant Pot, close the lid and press the “Soup” button. Cook for 30 minutes and then release the pressure manually. If using a Crock Pot, cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
