Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

Mix Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken breast, reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, plain breadcrumbs, chopped fresh parsley, finely chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Form Fritters:

Take about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and form it into a small patty or ball. Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture, spacing the fritters evenly on the baking sheet.
