Peanut Butter Mousse


  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter (such as PB2)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, strawberries, or dark chocolate shavings


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fat-free Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, honey (or sweetener), and vanilla extract.
  2. Use a whisk or electric mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sweetener.
  4. Transfer the peanut butter mousse into serving cups or bowls.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to set.
  6. Before serving, you can top the mousse with sliced bananas, strawberries, or a sprinkle of dark chocolate shavings for added flavor and texture.
