peanut butter shirataki noodles

Ingredients:

  • Nasoya Pasta zero shirataki spaghetti
  • 1 1/3 cup s
  • Tabasco Brand Sriracha Thai chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Great Value Less sodium soy sauce 1 Tbsp
  • Nakano Rice Vinegar Natural 1 tbsp
  • Water 2 Tbsp
  • Spice World Premium ground squeeze ginger 1 tsp
  • Spice World Garlic Squeeze, Minced 1 tsp
  • PBfit Sugar Free Peanut butter powder
  • 2 Tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Drain and rinse noodles very well. Use 0 point cooking spray to coat a pan, add noodles on med heat w/ ginger and garlic (added for flavor). Mix sauce: 2 tbsp PB2/1 tbsp each of soy sauce/rice vinegar and Sriracha (or to taste, bc this is spicy). Add 1-2 tbsp water to thin out. Add sauce to noodles, cook 1-2 minutes longer, stirring frequently. Top with sesame seeds/green onion and squeeze with lime.
