Ingredients:

1 package quaker instant oatmeal

1 medium banana, ripe and mashed

1 egg
Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together until combined.

Heat a large lightly sprayed skillet on medium heat.

Drop 1/4 cup batter onto the hot skillet.

Cook until the edges are bubbling, then flip carefully and cook until pancakes are cooked through.

These are very fragile and can burn easily.
