ZERO POINT SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of water (adjust to achieve desired consistency)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey (if using) until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Slowly whisk in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. You may need more or less water depending on how thick you like your dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
