Chocolate Yogurt Mousse (2 points)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 0% plain siggi’s yogurt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tbsp unflavoured gelatin powder
  • 4 tsp date powder

Directions:

  1. Add the gelatin to the almond milk. Let soften for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until combined and smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 small serving dishes.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
