  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  1. Place frozen pineapple chunks, almond milk, and optional sweetener and lime juice in a blender.
