Instructions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or chicken until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the taco seasoning mix to the cooked meat according to package instructions. Stir well to combine, then remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and crushed Doritos.
