Keto Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese until the mixture is smooth.
