Keto Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe:


  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter in it.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.
  5. Cook until the edges are golden brown, and the top is set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter and butter.
  7. Once both “breads” are cooked, place your desired amount of cheese between the two pieces and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
