Ingredients: For the filling:

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch

For the topping:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener (such as Swerve or Erythritol)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
