Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, eggs, and melted coconut oil.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the raspberries and sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
